Halloween is coming and I saw plenty of signs of it on my walk in Brighton Heights. This spider added a little natural decor.
This house was built in 1900 and is as beautiful as it was then. I’m sure there are plenty of ghosts haunting the halls. Who needs decorations?
I couldn’t help myself when I came to the beginning of the Jacks Run Bridge and I had to walk on it.
Standing in the middle of the bridge looking through the tall chain link fence, I could see just how far away 65/Ohio River Boulevard was from California Avenue.
After my lookout view, I went back into the City to walk the streets between California Avenue and Brighton Road. I came across a cryptic message spray painted onto the road near the Winhurst Street Stairs.
On Marguerite Way, the interior of this garage gave me paws. At first, it was the cool old car that made me stop…
Then, I took a closer look:
As I walked, I admired all of the spooky yard decorations.
On McClure Avenue, I took a lengthy break to pet a very friendly kitty. My new friend.
I sat with him for at least 5 minutes and had to force myself to leave him. Soon after, I found another feline friend!
This girl had part of her ear missing but she was as sweet as could be
and playful too.
I made myself leave my second kitty friend of the day and continued down Orchlee Street. This chair caught my eye. If it’d had a cushion, I might have come back for it.
Near Kalorama Way, I found this strange porch percher that I’m pretty sure wasn’t just a Halloween decoration.
